sooo as any good executive dysfunctional i need a workable system that works for me, because, well... freestyling this shit is... a MESS
principles:- must be flexible enough to account for varying energy levels and moods
journals
many thoughts swirl around in my head...
- therapy journal: like, work on therapy and shit; identifying modes, reflecting on emotional episodes and what I could have done differently; noting down positives, and just like... ideas to manage myself?
- idea journal: like those ideas like "move to another country" or "write a tv series" or "start beading", they need a place to get dumped, even though they don't ever manifest into anything
- task journal: getting the tasks down, breaking them down into steps, identifying holes, etc...
